NCA Registration requirements
Summary
The National Credit Act, No 34 of 2005, (NCA) requires that credit providers must register with the National Credit Regulator if that person, alone or in conjunction with another person, is a credit provider of at least 100 credit agreements, other than incidental credit agreements or if the total principal debt owed to that credit provider exceeds the threshold of of R500 000.00.
