Judgement: IRBA Others v East Rand Member District if Chartered A

The Court has reversed a 2019 decision of IRBA to set assurance and tax practitioner fees and the removal of fee concessions for auditors above the age of 65. In doing so they have sent the matter back to IRBA to reconsider and make a decision in line with the guidance given by the Court.
