Chief Master Directive 4 of 2023: Bankruptcy Matters Master Middleburg
Overview
Officials from Pretoria Master’s Office will be assisting the Middleburg office twice a week to deal with bankruptcy matters including security bonds, lodge requisitions, appointment of provisional liquidators and trustees and holding of statutory meeting with creditors.
