Notice on banking information requirements for Occupational Injuries and Diseases related claims
Overview
The Compensation Commissioner issued a notice in terms of section 6A (b) of the COID Act 130 of 1993 as amended for comments, to all beneficiaries of the Compensation Fund of the
proposed requirements for banking details in the payment of claims and claims related expenses.
