The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) would like to announce a terminology shift in its academic and professional programmes, transitioning from the term “accredited” to “endorsed” to describe programmes that meet the requirements for SAICA’s CA(SA) and AGA(SA) qualifications

SAICA is deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Mr. Imran Vanker CA(SA) and his daughter, Ms. Sara Vanker, during a car accident on 25 November.

SAICA's CEO, Patricia Stock, has been appointed to the Board of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC). This is a significant milestone for SAICA and a testament to Stock’s leadership and expertise.
