Sydney Cruise – 14 November

The NSW Chapter Committee held its annual Christmas 2024 networking event in conjunction with ICAEW Sydney City Group. The annual tradition allows members to enjoy a cruise around the Sydney Harbour. It was great to have more than 120 members from both institutes together again. Thanks from Jonathan Young CA(SA) the chairman to RSM and Louis Quintal CA(SA) for sponsoring the door prizes. It is certainly a highlight for members on an annual basis that makes it a sell out event each year.

New Zealand members events in Auckland – 21 November

After a few years hiatus, we were so pleased to welcome members back to a SAICA event in Auckland. Newly elected chairman Jayson Nadioo CA(SA), who is originally from Durban and has been living in New Zealand for 6 years. did a sterling job of welcoming and engaging with the members. The event was held at Brew on Quay side, and it saw a really great turn out. We do hope this is a sign for more to come and that the local committee will grow from strength to strength and that members will continue to support each other.
