Founder - No-Valo Learning Centre

Zanele Maduna, a CA(SA) is a passionate Award-Winning Social Entrepreneur dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty through education, coaching, and training.

As the founder of No-Valo Learning Centre, an accredited skills development provider specialising in study skills and work readiness training, Zanele partners with bursary funds, employers and higher education institutions to provide training that enhances student success rates and equips them with essential skills for securing employment and thriving in the workplace. This transformative approach, aligned with SDG 4, not only changes individual lives but also uplifts entire communities. To date, the e-learning platform and training programs have impacted over 10,000 students and professionals.

Zanele is a CA(SA) and Certified Coach with extensive local and international experience. She serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Social and Ethics Committee at a leading global manufacturer of pumps and valves. Leveraging social media, Zanele provides valuable insights and support to a community of approximately 32,000 students and young professionals. Her contributions have been recognised by major media outlets such as CNN Inside Africa, and she was honoured as a 2021 Mail & Guardian Young South African Top 200 in the Education Category. Recently, she was recognized as a 2024 Leading Entrepreneur by The African Women Chartered Accountant Organization.
