Thobile Mthandi is a third-year trainee at the Auditor-General of South Africa. She is national chairperson of the AGSA Young Professional Leadership Forum and co-founder of Add a Smile Foundation. Born in Kathlehong and a Unisa Accounting Science graduate, she has been dedicated to social change since her teens. Thobile has led numerous community upliftment projects, including educational drives, youth empowerment camps, and essential support initiatives for disadvantaged communities. Her unwavering commitment to making a positive impact continues to drive her efforts in empowering the next generation and uplifting those in need.
