Nthabiseng Mabuya – AGSA

Nthabiseng Mabusyo is a third-year trainee at the Auditor-General of South Africa. She combines her academic pursuits with a deep-rooted commitment to empowering the youth. She is also a proud Thuthuka alumna. Her role as the chairperson of the Young Professionals Leadership Forum (YPLF) in her BUshowcases her leadership skills and her desire to make a positive impact within her organisation. By hosting talks at underprivileged high schools, Nthabiseng provides invaluable guidance on career choices, study tips, and securing bursaries. Her YouTube and LinkedIn series ‘APC Series – by Nthabi’ is centred on providing guidance to APC candidates and making content based on what her viewers request. Nthabiseng’s motto, ‘Your success is great, but it has a greater magnitude when we empower others around us,’ showcases her philosophy of service and community engagement.
