Top 35 Under 35 Awards – Conditions of entry

The Top-35 Under-35 Awards is open to all SAICA members and associates that are under 35 of age by 22 November 2024. Applicants must be a member or associate in good standing with SAICA with no pending judgements against them
Entrants may not be employees of SAICA, or any organization directly involved in the management of the Awards.
Entrants may not have a criminal record or have any pending judgements against them.
All entries must be accompanied by all the required information, documentation and photographs as requested on the entry form.
The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entries will be treated in confidence and will not be circulated outside of judges, sponsors, and selected employees of SAICA.
SAICA reserves the right to publish entrants’ photos, biographical details, and videos across various media channels.
The judging panel will select 35 finalists from all the entries received. Finalists will be notified via email and/or what’s app by approximately end September 2024. Finalists will be required to provide a 100-word bio of themselves for purposes of the finalists’ announcement. This bio will be required within 48 hours of receiving notification. An additional 400-word bio may be required by mid-October 2024 for purposes of featuring and announcements in or on other SAICA publications or platforms.
The finalists will need to avail themselves for the week beginning 18 November 2024 for the in-person judging which will take place in Sandton, Gauteng. Travel, accommodation and meals will be for your own account.
All finalists will need to avail themselves for the evening of 22 November 2024 for the Awards event which will take place in Sandton, Gauteng. The category winners and overall winner will be announced at this event. Travel, accommodation and meals will be for your own account.
Prizes will be given to our category winners and the overall winner. Specific details about the prizes will be announced soon. Please stay tuned for further updates.
No prizes are exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
By entering the SAICA Top-35-Under-35 Awards, you agree to these Conditions of Entry. Disqualification may result from non-compliance, or any other reason deemed necessary by SAICA at its sole discretion.
