Robert Edwards CA(SA) is the MD in the London office of Aalto Capital, a pan-European Investment bank. He started as an associate in 2018, being the first employee in London. In addition to his day job, Robert is a trustee at the Rhodes University Trust (UK), which provides scholarships for deserving students to attend Rhodes. He is a committee member at the South African Chamber of Commerce and drives youth engagement activities. He was also the first investor in Rental Genie, a prop-tech start up, where he now heads up the finance and M&A divisions.
