Mothathe Sewelo CA(SA) is a financial services professional and transformative leader focused on creating lasting impact through social inclusion and empowerment. As co-founder and chairperson of A Seat At The Table (SATT), she has driven meaningful leadership initiatives positively impacting over 200 youth and women. Through her roles at Young Leaders Connect (YLC), African Women Chartered Accountants and the IWFSA Fasset Women’s Legacy Programme, Mothathe actively mentors and uplifts others, while her work at the Absa Bank CIB Banking on Women Forum and Women Economic Assembly has advanced gender inclusion in corporate and business leadership respectively. She is dedicated to driving meaningful change and empowering marginalised groups.
