Lindie Scholtz CA(SA) is a passionate and energetic leader within the Commercial Credit team at a Big 4 Bank in her professional career and a strong advocate for educational opportunities, coupled with giving back to those in need in her personal time. As a Regional Head of Credit, she promotes the Credit Risk discipline, which has become a scarce/well sort after skill in the market. She focuses on training, coaching, and mentoring within the discipline however also extends guidance to other disciplines such as finance discipline to those who would like to broaden their skillset. She devotes a significant amount of her time to SAEP (South African Education Projects) as the treasurer, and assists the NPO with various other responsibilities to ensure the sustainability of SAEP. SAEP has positively benefited thousands of young underprivileged South Africans by providing holistic education through academic support, extended experiential learning, life skills, and psycho-social support.
