Jared Moodley, a CA(SA), was at the age of 34 appointed as the managing partner of Deloitte Africa’s Valuation and Modelling business, a talented group of valuation and modelling experts across Africa. His team advises some of the largest companies in Africa, helping management teams to distil complex problems and align decisions to value creation. At the heart of his leadership philosophy is a focus on building and empowering diverse and high performing teams by aligning incentives to outcomes and allowing his team to leverage their unique strengths to define their own careers.
