Carli Botha (34)

Carli Botha is the director of finance and legal for one of the largest private contract research organizations in the animal health industry. She also acts as an independent nonexecutive director for Astoria Ltd which is a global investment company with primary listings of its shares on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange (AltX) of the JSE. Carli has enhanced her designation as a CA(SA) through continuous learning to add to her unique skillset. After completing her CA(SA) she became a Chartered Global Management Accountant and is registered with the Chartered Institute for Management Accountants (CIMA), she completed an LLM in Commercial Law through Middlesex University and also completed a Master of Accounting Science in Tax (Cum Laude).
