Arthi Daya, a CA(SA), is the CFO of the BBF Safety Group, the largest safety footwear manufacturer in Africa. She has been instrumental in the strategic turnaround of the company. Arthi is passionate about the manufacturing industry because of the employment opportunities which it creates. She is the driving force behind the financial strategy, risk management and compliance. She has been a key contributor as a Director of the Mkhulise Young Minds Development Programme NPC, initiated to improve lives through education. Arthi is more than just a number cruncher, she is committed to making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
