The purpose of this Instruction note is to provide for a disaster management central emergency procurement process for Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) that may be implemented by Accounting Officers of departments and constitutional institutions and accounting authorities of public entities listed in Schedules 2 and of the PFMA.
