Extension of PAYE Deferral Relief

The South African Revenue Service confirmed that the amended Disaster Management Tax Relief Administration Bill that caters for the extension of the deferral of the payment of the employees’ tax liability for tax compliant small to medium sized businesses for one month until 31 August 2020, was passed by the National Assembly on 26 August 2020.
