2020 Annual Tax Update
Summary
Overview: Designed for members who would like to be kept up to date with the latest amendments to tax legislation. Though the webcast will be comprehensive in coverage of topics, it is not intended to be a detailed technical analysis of every matter.
Session 1: 30 November 2020:
• Amendments to the Income Tax Act relevant to individuals, the Value-Added Tax Act and the Tax Administration Act.
Session 2: 02 December 2020
• Amendments to the Income Tax Act relevant to other taxpayers (business), the Carbon Tax Act and important developments in case law and SARS practice or rulings.
