SAICA Submission: Auditors’ Certification of Recoverable Bank Charges
Overview
SAICA submission to the LPFF regarding the requirement for auditors to “certify” certain information on the application form that is completed when a legal practitioner applies for a refund of bank charges and audit fees.
Appendix A to the submission has not been included: Finalisation of an illustrative agreed-upon procedures report is expected in 2023 after which it will be published on the SAICA website.
