SAICA comments on the Draft VDP Guide
Overview
The submission contains SAICA’s comments on the Draft Guide to the Voluntary Disclosure Programme (VDP). The VDP is intended to enhance tax compliance, good management of the tax system and the best use of SARS resources. The VDP is intended to encourage taxpayers to voluntarily disclose tax defaults.
