APC Examination 2021 update

Following engagements with relevant stakeholders regarding the way forward with the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) written on 1 December 2021, the SAICA Board has deliberated on the recommendations made in this matter.

The Board noted the input of stakeholders in a positive light and pending finalisation of the practical logistical considerations regarding the way forward with the APC, more information will be shared before 31 December 2021 or at an earlier date.

The SAICA executive management and Board are confident that the way forward with the APC will present positive benefits for most stakeholders, especially the candidates.
