Johannesburg, Thursday 17 December 2021 – Following engagements with relevant stakeholders regarding the way forward with the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) written on 1 December 2021, the SAICA Board has deliberated on the recommendations made in this matter.

SAICA has launched an immediate investigation into the technical difficulties experienced during yesterday’s 2021 APC sitting. The Institute is deeply sensitive to and regrets the impact these difficulties have had on candidates.
