SAICA raises concerns with SARS’ new service charter
The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) commends the South African Revenue Service (SARS) for not being blind to its own service delivery challenges and seeking to improve through accountability. SAICA fully supports the rebuilding of SARS which includes developing a high-performing, diverse, agile, engaged, and evolved workforce as well as building public trust and confidence in the tax administration system.
