Johannesburg, 28 June 2023 - The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) congratulates the Commissioner of the South African Revenue Service (SARS), Mr. Edward Kieswetter, on his election as the Chairperson of the World Customs Organisation (WCO).
