Sikhuthaze qualified as a CA(SA) in 2014 and currently serves as a Senior Manager at National Treasury, working as a Director for Accounting Support in the Office of the Accountant-General.

She completed her articles at PDB in 2007 and subsequently joined PwC for 2 years working as a supervisor on audit & advisory assignments. She then moved to Mangaung Metropolitan Municipality where she initially worked as an accountant and subsequently as a senior accountant for 5 years.

With 18 years of working experience, mostly in the public sector, her areas of expertise are in financial accounting, financial reporting, financial management, auditing and conducting technical training. She also holds a Master of Management in Finance and Investment degree from Wits Business School.
