Russell is an Associate Partner in the Cape Town tax practice of EY. He has experience at the South African Revenue Services ‘SARS’. He spent two years in the Nedcor tax team before joining Ernst & Young as a tax consultant and has been a partner in the tax practice for the past 20 years.
He is the Quality and Risk Management Director for EY’s Africa tax practices.
His qualifications include: B.Com (Hons) Taxation, CA (SA).
His experience spans local and international tax, VAT and employee taxes.
