Divan is an independent tax and financial reporting consultant with broad experience in the fields of international and SA corporate income tax, with specialisation in the areas of cross-border transactions and controlled foreign company legislation. Prior to his work as an independent consultant, Divan was a group tax director at a large listed multinational organisation in South Africa.

Divan is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA/CGMA). He holds a B.Com (Hons) (Accounting) degree and a Master’s degree in taxation.
