André Appel

André is currently part of the Audit & Assurance division within the Department of Professional Practice of KPMG South Africa. He has 17 years external audit experience on national, multi-national, global and listed corporate clients across various industries and sectors including Industrial, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Consumer Markets, Technology, Financial Services, Public Sector, Agriculture, Tourism and Leisure. André also has limited internal audit experience in the Automotive sector as well as limited experience in IT Advisory, where he performed IT audits on both private and public sector clients. He has worked in South Africa, Australia and Malawi.
