- All round experience in HC ranging from strategy development to execution, including policy development, employment relations (and employee wellness), performance management, learning and development, talent management, organizational development, and remuneration.
- Proven excellent leadership and people management skills. Serves as the employer appointed pension fund MANCO member and HC content owner for the HC & REMCO of the Board.
